Commissioned music

As the leading promotor of the carillon art in North America, we advocate for new music. Through the Johan Franco Composition Fund Committee, we offer a recurring series of commissions, thereby enriching the repertoire with new musical perspectives. Often, we do so with a specific intent. For example, our 2022 commissions focused on increasing the repertoire for carillon played in concert with other instruments.
