The Guild of Carillonneurs in North America (GCNA) respects your privacy. We want you to know how we process (meaning collect, store, use, transmit, disclose, erase, and protect) information about you—your personal data. We also want you to know your rights and choices.

This policy describes how we process your personal data when you use our website (www.gcna.org), when you interact with official "@gcna.org" email addresses, or anywhere else we gather information from you and refer you to this policy—our services.

The personal data we collect about you depends on how you use our services. Examples include your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, mailing preferences, payment account or payment card details, and information collected through your use of our website.

We do not knowingly collect the personal data of children

We do not knowingly collect the personal data of children under the age of 16. Our services are not intended for children. If you are a child, please do not use our website. If we become aware or are notified that we have collected any such personal data, we will make reasonable efforts to erase it from our records as quickly as possible.
