(This page is for existing members who are seeking information about renewing their memberships. New members can join the Guild by filling out this online application form.)
If you are an Associate Member (A or AC), a Carillonneur Member (C) or a Sustaining Member (S), please renew your membership by paying your dues before April 30.
You can renew any time after January 6 for the upcoming membership year (this May 1 until next April 30). If you renew before January 27, you will save the Guild the cost of mailing two dues notices by first-class mail. If you renew before March 27, you will save the cost of postage for one mailed dues notice.
You can pay by credit card (preferred) or by check:
On January 6, a personalized electronic invoice will be emailed from <firstname.lastname@example.org> to you if you have provided us with your email address. To pay by credit card online, click "View/Pay Invoice Online" at the bottom of the email, then click "Pay online". We use PayPal to process credit card payments, but you do not need to have a PayPal account to use this option.
If someone else pays your dues on your behalf, simply forward the invoice notification email to them and they can click on the "View/Pay Invoice Online" link to pay by credit card online.
If you do not receive your invoice by email or cannot find it, click here (you may be asked to log into your account). Then click "Pay online" to pay by credit card.
On January 6, a personalized electronic invoice will be emailed from <email@example.com> to you if you have provided us with your email address. To pay by check, print out a copy of the email and mail it with your check to:

Your check must be in US$ drawn on a US bank, made payable to the "GCNA". Please write the invoice number on the memo line of your check.
If you do none of the above, the Treasurer is required by the Bylaws to mail you a dues notice by first-class mail before February 1, and a second/final notice before April 1. You can return the dues notice with your check by mail to the Treasurer.
If you are enrolled full-time in school, you may claim a $15 discount off your membership dues by sending an email with your full name, your school's name and your expected graduation date (month and year) to firstname.lastname@example.org The Treasurer will adjust your invoice manually to apply the discount. Do not pay the invoice until you have heard back from the Treasurer. You must do this every year to confirm that you still qualify.
