The table below shows the number of chimes produced for installation in North America by the various bellfoundries, counted by decade, without regard to whether any were later destroyed, enlarged or replaced.  Omitted are those present chimes which were originally installed as rings.  Domestic foundries are listed first, then foreign foundries; within each group, foundries are listed in the approximate order of first chime produced.
