   new frame, central radial transmission,
   new playing and practice keyboards
   (with space for half-octave of trebles)
   and Cambridge (Westminster) quarters.

   Traditional carillon of 37 bells
   Pitch of heaviest bell is C  in the treble octave
   Transposition is up one octave
   Keyboard range:     C C   /    C G   
   There are no missing bass semitones
   There is an identical practice console
   The instrument was enlarged in 2003
     with bells made by Meeks,Watson
   Prior history:
     In 1952, the instrument was begun with 35 bells
       by Petit & Fritsen
