Bells removed Dec.2002 because of frame deterioration (totally exposed to weather). Retuning and reconstruction in progress, being completed Mar'04. Tenor swings; all playable from organ or computer as well as chimestand.

A photo of the building (pre-removal) makes clear that the chime is on the tower roof, not in the belfry. The new frame is made of steel instead of timber, but retains the original cast-iron A-frames to support the swingable tenor bell.
