   Cambridge (Westminster) quarters. 
   Chimestand transmission replaced 1988. 
   Tenor, at same level as other bells,
   remains swingable.  Tower clock by 
   E.Howard & Co., Boston, MA, drives clock
   faces but no longer strikes the bells.

   Traditional chime (chimestand) of 10 bells
   Pitch of heaviest bell is F  in the middle octave
   Transposition is nil (concert pitch)
   Keyboard range:     F G   /    NONE  
   There is one added semitone
   The instrument was enlarged in 1941
     with bells made by Meneely/Troy
   Prior history:
     In 1879, the instrument was begun with  9 bells
       by Meneely/Troy
   Year of latest technical information source is 1997
