Carillons and chimes in Denmark and its dependencies contain bells supplied by a variety of bellfoundries. Most such sites (exceptions as noted below) are listed here by foundry in the following order:

Within each foundry group, sites are listed in order by year of installation (unknown first).
Following the year is an indication of the founder's contribution to the instrument:

C = Complete instrument
F = Foundation; originally a complete installation, later expanded
I = Intermediate expansion
E = Final expansion to current state
R = Recast/replaced (without changing number or disposition)
T = Tuned or re-tuned at the foundry

Finally, there is an indication of the type of instrument:

  trad      - carillon with traditional keyboard
  trad*     - carillon with traditional keyboard now,
              but with other mechanism and/or chime size at the date cited
  non-trad  - carillon with non-traditional mechanism
  non-trad* - carillon with non-traditional mechanism now, 
              but either chime size or with traditional keyboard at the date cited
  mech?     - carillon with unknown mechanism
  (...)...  - instrument was replaced; link is to the same site
  [...]     - instrument is defunct; link is to "sites that are no more"
              (for Miscellaneous foundries only)

Defunct instruments which were not replaced are not listed here, but may be found in the individual complete indexes for particular bellfoundries (see list).

For foundries outside this Region, the site list below is a subset of the foundry's total production. Links to the individual foundry indexes appear below.
