The church Website (in English, Italian and Spanish) has a page about The Bell Tower, under Art & Architecture, with a photo of what is probably the bass bell.  The mechanism is not specifically described, but it can be inferred that it was playable in the early 1920s.  The maker was Severin van Aerschodt; the donors of the tower and the bells were American.
