The Las Sendas Golf Club Website doesn't say anything about the carillon, but some of the photographs show the kind of country in which it is located.  (The Las Sendas community is focused on the golf course.)  The bell tower is not shown on the course map (located under Course Overview, and confusingly oriented toward the east, not the north), but it is located near the 7th tee.

Here is a photo (85 KB) of the temporary bell tower, which is a steel framework clad in wood.

Where this work lies in the sequence of output of the Petit & Fritsen bellfoundry, in this region and in the world.
