   Three swinging bells are do-re-mi on
   the bourdon.  Electronic composition
   facility in nearby Breedlove Building
   supports pre-recording performances
   for playback at the tower.
   Keyboard in base of tower.
   Newly added bell is treble, without
   the adjacent semitone; the customarily
   absent two bass semitones remain
   unchanged.
